Race Engineer
Phil’s job is to translate the Brighty’s feedback
of the car’s handling and devise changes
to make it go faster.

Data Engineer
Paul looks after the electronics in the car
and works through data with
Phil and Brighty, as well as monitoring
fuel consumption.

Crew Chief
Terry oversees the running of both
car 14 and car 8, directing the mechanics
on both using his extensive experience
|
|
|
|
|
Number One Mechanic
Is responsible for implementing the
set-ups from Phil and has to ensure the car
is race-ready and meets all V8 rules
and regulations

Number Two Mechanic
Works under the direction of the Danny,
carrying out similar tasks |
|
|
|
|
Tyres / Truckie
Paul keeps a log of all the pressures, temperatures
and use of all tyres and is responsible for their mounting
and dismounting as well as the packing
and unpacking of the truck

PR
Graham deals with all media enquiries as well as
working hard to generate additional coverage.
In addition, he is the first contact for all team sponsors
and conducts pit tours and other corporate activities both
at the track and away.
